We conduct a broad range of activities in clinical chemistry, clinical microbiology, clinical immunology, transfusion medicine, clinical pathology, and clinical genetics. The operation also includes tissue engineering, sterilization technology, and patient-centered activities. The area consists of approximately 320 employees.

Business Controller for Laboratory Medicine

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Pricing through careful calculations, analysis of volumes and cost drivers
• Financial forecasts and budget follow-up before year-end closing
• Decision support that helps us achieve our production and financial goals
• Review of our contracts during new agreements or extensions
• Monitoring production to highlight deviations, efficiency, and resource utilization

In your role as a business controller, you need to be solution-oriented, have a consultative working style, and the ability to create good and professional relationships. You have good analytical skills, are structured, and drive issues to completion. You have experience working on a project basis. Furthermore, in your role as a business controller, you have good pedagogical skills and are communicative. You are motivated by challenging questions and are accustomed to producing analysis and decision support. We place great importance on personal suitability.

Requirements:

• University degree of at least 180 credits with a focus on economics
• Experience in similar job responsibilities
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Meritorious:

• Experience with Raindance
• Experience in financial management
