The Assignment

As a case officer in the registry, you are responsible for ensuring that public documents are handled legally, efficiently, and with high service.

Your main tasks include record-keeping, mail handling, archiving, and the release of public documents. You are the system administrator in our document and case management system Ciceron and an important support for your colleagues.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we see that you are a structured and meticulous administrator who likes order and tidiness. Experience in similar tasks and/or education as a registrar or document controller is an advantage. It is beneficial if you have a basic understanding of the principle of public access and related legislation.

The role involves many contacts, both internally and externally, which requires you to be service-oriented, helpful, and have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish. To succeed in the assignment, you need to be able to work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and plan your workday effectively. We also value that you have a positive and development-oriented attitude that contributes to a pleasant workplace.

Employment Form

This is a permanent position, and we apply a six-month probationary period. Working hours are during the day, and you will be based at our office at Skrantahöjdsvägen 38.
