Do you want to drive the development of future maintenance work? As a Maintenance Support Coordinator at Forcit, you will play a central role in building our systems and working methods, directly contributing to a safe and efficient operation!
About the position
Forcit Explosives is in an expansive and important development phase and is now looking for a Maintenance Support Coordinator for our headquarters in Karlskoga.
This is a new role and a central function in our work to develop, digitalize, and ensure the quality of our processes. You will take overall responsibility for building, structuring, and further developing our equipment system, as well as supporting project activities and our internal teams in matters related to maintenance, support, safety, and operational stability.
The role is a combination of administrative and operational work, with a strong focus on structure, system development, support, and professional assistance to the business. You will not have personnel responsibility but will drive and lead the daily work related to maintenance and support.
The position is based in Karlskoga. Travel may occur to Forcit’s other sites in Sweden and Finland.
Responsibilities
Build, structure, and develop the company's maintenance and equipment systems and drive implementation within the organization.
Coordinate, follow up, and report on the company's technical equipment, spare parts, and service activities.
Support internal teams in Sweden and Finland with effective and preventive technical support.
Drive improvement work, digitalization, and standardization of processes, routines, and working methods within support and maintenance.
Collaborate with suppliers and manage purchases, orders, and service agreements related to equipment and spare parts.
Train, guide, and support employees in the use of systems, routines, and technical working methods while ensuring user-friendliness.
Actively work with work environment, safety, and risk management within maintenance.
Close cooperation with internal functions in Sweden and Finland, including finance, orders, operations, maintenance, and system owners.
About you
We are looking for someone who has
Requirements
Experience in technical maintenance, service, or support.
Experience working in digital systems, maintenance systems, or business systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.
Experience in structure, administrative work, and digital documentation.
Good IT skills and understanding of modern technical systems.
Documented experience in machinery, spare parts, finance, or other relevant technical fields.
Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing.
Driver's license B.
Meritorious
Experience in driving change projects.
Experience in digitalization or implementation of new systems.
Experience in process or improvement work.
