Vehicle Coordinator at Saab in Karlskoga

We are now looking for a Vehicle Coordinator for our production unit in Karlskoga. You will be stationed at the Björkborn Industrial Area where the production of missile and support products takes place. The production unit consists of many different employees, and in this role, you will be a central part of coordinating and ensuring that our vehicle fleet operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. As a Vehicle Coordinator, you combine practical work with administrative responsibilities, where planning, coordination, and documentation are important parts of your daily routine.

The role also includes responsibility for our units in Östergötland, which means that travel between locations occurs regularly.

Your Role

As a Vehicle Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle fleet operates optimally throughout the organization. You work with both practical tasks and planning, where you conduct inspections, perform minor repairs, and troubleshoot, while also planning larger actions together with external workshops and suppliers. Your daily work involves following up on vehicle status, managing service intervals, and ensuring that all vehicles meet applicable requirements and inspection regulations.

You work proactively by establishing and following maintenance and service routines, and document all actions in our digital systems. The role also involves close contact with internal users and other departments to ensure that the organization's needs for transportation and vehicle resources are always met.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, responsible, and driven with a strong interest in order and safety. You enjoy combining practical tasks with administrative work and have the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.

We prefer that you have 1-3 years of experience in work related to vehicles, operations, service, or similar technical fields.

You have good computer skills and are comfortable with digital systems, and you have a high adaptability that allows you to quickly adjust to new routines and working methods. You have an interest in vehicles and a natural ability to identify and address problems, and as a person, you are service-oriented with clear communication skills.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement. We also prefer that you have experience in vehicle service, technical work, or similar practical professions. We will also place great emphasis on personal qualities in this recruitment.

The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
