We are currently looking for an experienced and curious payroll consultant who wants to work with various exciting industries and companies while combining that role with a Team Leadership position. At EKOtid, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients in a developing and forward-thinking organization. Client contact is a central part of the role, allowing you to build long-term relationships and close collaboration with our clients. In the role of team leader for finance, you have a central role in the organization, combining deep payroll knowledge with clear leadership. You are responsible for your team, which currently consists of four consultants, as well as for complex client assignments. The role requires you to be a confident and inspiring leader who can drive development, support colleagues, and simultaneously deliver high-quality solutions to clients. Monitoring assignments, both your own and your team members' regarding quality, time, and results is an important part of the role. We also want to see that you are a strong ambassador for the company, always representing us outwardly in a professional manner, while also being a clear leader internally who leads by example, both in your work and in your behavior.

You are operationally responsible for a number of clients where you will work with, among other things:

· All or part of payroll preparation within our client assignments

· Administration and controls of payroll data

· Ongoing support to the client's employees regarding questions related to payroll and collective agreements

· Tax calculations and insurance administration

You will also work with travel expenses, reimbursements, and benefits, issuing employer certificates and other certificates, statistics and reporting to the Tax Agency and other authorities, as well as vacation calculations/vacation year shifts. You will continuously work proactively to ensure good delivery and quality.

The role sometimes also includes client responsibility, and consulting assignments at the client site are common. You will work with both new and existing clients in a changing everyday life!

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in payroll. You have worked for at least 3 years in payroll, and it is an advantage if you have worked in a consulting company before. You are confident in your knowledge and able to provide advice and suggestions both to our clients and to colleagues. Either you are senior in your payroll consultant role and want to take the next step towards leadership, or you have previously worked in a leading role but with payroll as a base. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English and are used to working in Fortnox and/or other payroll programs.
