Emergency administration is an independent unit within the emergency clinic. We are 7 medical care administrators and one unit manager. Emergency administration handles the medical documentation for the emergency clinic.

Medical Care Administrator Emergency Administration Karlskoga Hospital
Job ResponsibilitiesRegular tasks such as journal documentation, referral management, diagnosis coding, scanning, and other administrative tasks within the clinic. The emergency clinic consists of medicine, surgery, and orthopedic emergency reception, so the writing is very varied.

QualificationsEducation as a medical care administrator, medical secretary, or doctor’s secretary. We are looking for someone with good knowledge of the Swedish language who is service-oriented, meticulous, and structured, and has good collaboration skills. We also value qualities such as independence and flexibility. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Experience with Cosmic and work in an emergency reception is an advantage.
