Miljonbemanning AB is looking for you who want to work as a consultant with us. You will be employed by Miljonbemanning AB and assigned to the statistical authority SCB (Statistics Sweden).

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for part-time interviewers for SCB in Örebro. The tasks consist of conducting telephone interviews with individuals selected for a survey on social cohesion and societal values. The survey is a government assignment that highlights the integration policy goals, focusing on democratic, social, and cultural integration.

You will work on-site at SCB's premises, and the work is primarily scheduled in the evenings, from 5 PM to 9 PM, but other times may also occur, such as from 9 AM to 3 PM and from 3 PM to 9 PM. The most common working days are Monday through Thursday, but weekend work may also be relevant.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, results-oriented, and interested in society. We place great importance on your personal qualities and prefer that you enjoy meeting other people. You are social, positive, and accommodating, and can adapt to different personalities and situations. We see that you have a good ability to follow the instructions given. Since some questions may be perceived as sensitive to answer, you are good at conveying a sense of security and building trust.

To be considered for the position, the following is required:

• High school diploma as the minimum education level.

• At least one year of documented work experience.

• Good computer skills.

• Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form.

• Good communication skills.

• Availability for at least 3 weekday shifts per week.

• Full attendance during a paid one and a half day introductory training on-site at SCB's premises in Örebro. The training will take place during either week 8 (February 19 full day and February 23 half day) or week 9 (February 23 full day and February 24 half day) and is mandatory in its entirety and constitutes a requirement to start working.

Meritorious

• Previous experience in interview work.

• Previous experience in interpersonal professions such as healthcare and education or service and retail, to name a few examples.

• Higher availability will be considered in the recruitment process.
