Future Talent Program

In this role, you will be part of the Future Talent Program. The program, in collaboration with BAE Systems Bofors, will include both skills development through multiple training sessions throughout the year and community with fellow talent program colleagues in various areas. The talent program is designed for you as a junior, and you will be given good opportunities to grow and thrive at the start of your career with our client BAE Systems.

Examples of Responsibilities

• Register delivery documentation in the business system according to the process
• Ensure that the correct delivery documentation is linked to the correct order and with the correct item number
• Support the receiving control in administrative tasks such as printing deviation reports, copying, and printing, etc.
• Participate in process improvements regarding documentation
• Be responsible for the quality of the scanned delivery documentation.
• Ensure that established handling times are maintained
• Ensure that all delivery documentation from suppliers is handled according to given directives and linked to the correct purchase order in the business system.
• Assist with other administrative tasks

Requirements

• Experience with business systems, preferably SAP
• Good experience with the Office suite
• Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Swedish citizenship
