Accountant Needed for Consulting Assignment

About the Position

As an Accountant at Hörmann, you will have a central and varied role in the daily financial work. You will work closely with colleagues in finance, logistics, and administration, becoming an important part of the entire supplier flow, from invoice to year-end closing. The role suits you if you enjoy having multiple processes running simultaneously and want to contribute with both accuracy and a holistic view.

Your Main Responsibilities

In the role of Accountant, you will work with both ongoing financial tasks and parts of the year-end closing process. Your main responsibilities include:

• Handling incoming supplier invoices in the pre-system – control, coding, and matching.
• Creating payment files and executing supplier payments.
• Monthly reconciliations in connection with monthly closings.
• Responsible for the accounting of company cards.
• Participate in the work with the year-end closing.
• Ongoing financial tasks.
• Other administrative tasks as needed.

Who Are You?

• Several years of experience working in a finance department.
• Preferably experience with the SAP financial system.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented work style.
