JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This position involves strategic and operational work to support the managers of the operations. The work is based on current legislation and is important for providing our employees with good conditions to develop and thrive in the workplace. You will work both broadly and in-depth in the local management's control and follow-up processes. Your various assignments include developing processes, methods, and tools, as well as creating clear and concise reports and forecasts at the request of the manager. You will assist management in negotiations regarding basic schedules, RALS, vacation planning, and more.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are accustomed to working in a structured and systematic way as the role involves coordinating and driving multiple processes with various stakeholders simultaneously. You also place importance on quality assurance in your work. Since the role involves many points of contact both within and outside the organization, there are high demands for good communication and collaboration skills in dialogue with the managers, union representatives, and external stakeholders you collaborate with. We are looking for someone who is driven, proactive, and has the willingness and ability to help others find solutions.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in HR/PA or equivalent education combined with experience deemed equivalent by the Swedish Prison and Probation Service.
• Current experience working within the correctional system.
• Experience in personnel planning.
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Work experience in administrative roles in the public sector, preferably within the justice system.
• Experience collaborating with employee organizations and working with external stakeholders.
• Experience in analytical work and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of laws and agreements (labor law, working time regulations, policies, etc.).
• Good skills in Excel.
