About the role
In this role, you will be part of the company's payroll team and will work for us at Kura Omsorg and other sister companies within the Team Olivia group. As a payroll administrator, you will ensure that the handling of ongoing matters in our payroll department is managed efficiently and with a focus on service. You will, among other things, work on following up customer payments, reporting to authorities, and issuing certificates, etc.
You will learn our various processes, and the role requires accuracy, good administrative skills, engagement in new tasks, and a willingness to solve problems.

Sick pay invoicing
Inquiries from authorities
Employer certificates
Participate in improvement work of processes and routines in the payroll department
Incoming matters via phone and email
Provide support to employees in payroll-related questions
Reporting to authorities
Mail handling

This role is suitable for you who are at the beginning of your payroll career. Your interest in payroll will help us develop our processes, so you need to be engaged and driven by improvement. Qualifications
Requirements
Education or work experience in the field
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious
Experience with SD Worx
Experience with Tidvis
Experience with D365
Other information about the position
The position is based at our office in Örebro, starting January 2026 or by agreement.
The position is full-time permanent, and we apply a 6-month probationary period. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30 with the possibility of flexible hours.
