Description
We are now looking for a temporary HR generalist who, with drive and commitment, wants to help develop HR issues in Ljusnarsberg Municipality.
As an HR generalist, you will work to make HR issues a reality in everyday life, both operationally and strategically. You will contribute to maintaining and developing the municipality as an attractive employer.
Responsibilities
In the role of HR generalist, you have a large degree of responsibility and work independently and broadly with both operational and strategic HR issues. This means you will be involved in developing and implementing HR processes as well as providing consultative support to our managers. The work involves various tasks within the entire HR area. Based on a consultative working method and good collaboration, you provide good guidance and support to the managers in the organization. An important part of the role is to help create a trusting and good collaborative climate in the organization with managers, union representatives, and employees. In addition to being an HR support to the organization’s managers, this may include conducting projects, participating in training initiatives, onboarding, engaging in development work, and contractual salary reviews. To succeed in this role, you need to be someone who is stimulated by challenges and responsibility, and who takes the initiative to improve, develop, and streamline work within the entire HR area. Depending on your skills and experience, there is an opportunity for some specialization in a specific area. As we face challenges in staffing, an important area will be working with personnel supply. Here, you contribute your broad HR expertise with qualified support in recruitment and staffing. You enjoy working independently but are also a team player when tasks require it.

Qualifications
You have a degree from a university or college education with a focus on HR or another equivalent education or long-term HR experience from work in a municipality or region that the employer deems relevant and comparable. You should have experience with qualified tasks within the HR area at both operational and strategic levels. Knowledge and experience of General Terms and previous experience of working in a municipality or region are meritorious. We expect you to be a proficient IT user and that you can contribute to the work of developing, modernizing, and digitizing processes within the HR area. You are secure and professional in your role. You must have a good ability to build and maintain trusting relationships and to think strategically while acting operationally. It is important that you have the ability to see the big picture. We want you to be able to interpret and apply labor law in practice and to have an understanding of the employer's role. You have good communication skills both verbally and in writing. You need to be attentive and flexible, have an easy time collaborating, and be unpretentious. It is important that you enjoy working broadly and, of course, have an interest in our operations and a desire to develop HR work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
