Jefferson Wells is now looking for experienced Recruitment Specialists to join our consulting network for upcoming client assignments.

Needs may arise on short notice and vary in length - from shorter gigs to longer, more comprehensive assignments. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can quickly familiarize themselves with new organizations and deliver quality from day one.

About the Assignments

Depending on the client and assignment, you may work with all or parts of the recruitment process:

• requirements profile work and search
• competency-based interviews
• candidate assessment and presentations
• test management and feedback (preferable)
• close dialogue with managers and HR

The roles filled vary and can include both operational positions, specialist roles, and sometimes even leadership recruitments.

We are looking for someone who has

• approximately 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably from internal TA/HR
• the ability to independently drive the entire recruitment process
• good knowledge of competency-based methodology
• very good system skills and comfort with LinkedIn as a search tool
• strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
• preferable experience from larger or international organizations
• preferably experience with testing and feedback
