We are now looking for an accounting assistant for our partner, a leading product company in the defense industry, operating in many technical areas for people's safety in society.

In the role of accounting assistant, you will be an important part of the finance department where you work closely with colleagues in a team characterized by collaboration and support. The position involves a strong focus on handling and coding supplier invoices, where you will also be responsible for matching against purchase orders and agreements. You will work with reconciliations and follow-ups in the financial system and perform various administrative tasks related to financial flows. The role also includes ongoing contact with internal departments and suppliers regarding inquiries, while supporting the finance department in daily operations. This position suits you who thrives in order and structure and appreciates working in a collaborative environment.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least a high school diploma in finance or equivalent work experience.

• Experience in administrative work, for example in accounts payable.

• Basic knowledge of finance.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary.

Scope: Full-time, permanent.

Start: Immediately, considering your possible notice period.

Location: Karlskoga.
