HR Generalist Who Wants to Make a Difference
The Swedish National Board of Institutional Care (SiS) is an authority responsible for individually tailored compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial issues and for adults with substance abuse problems. SiS also implements closed youth care. We do this in youth homes and homes for adults with substance abuse across the country. At SiS, your work life will be an exciting challenge. No matter where you work in our organization or what position you hold, you help create life-changing transformations.
SiS youth home Bergsmansgården receives non-school-attending girls. We operate in Fjugesta, thirty kilometers west of Örebro, and have a satellite unit in Granhult, thirty kilometers north of Lindesberg. The girls come to us because they have psychosocial issues as well as problems with crime or substance abuse.

You have experience and knowledge of working with various personnel systems. We use Primula and Reachmee, to name a few systems.

- Experience in providing support to managers in all HR-related issues.
- Good knowledge and current experience in labor law advice, preferably within public labor law

Meritorious:

You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues. Through your working style, you build trust with those you meet based on your profession. You have a strong interest in handling the full range of HR issues and have the ability to plan, structure, and prioritize tasks. It is also important that you have good pedagogical skills and communicate clearly based on the target group.
At SiS, we care about good employee relations. This means that you as an employee take responsibility for your work, contribute to development, and participate in good collaboration. Read more about our employee relations.
