Personnel Administrator at the Swedish Armed Forces

Do you want a job where you can take responsibility for making Sweden safer? In the position of personnel administrator, you will be an important part of the military unit's ability to fulfill its mission.

Main Responsibilities

The role involves managing administration related to the unit's personnel and supporting recruitment, for example by writing decisions regarding employment. You will support the unit's leaders in various types of personnel management, handle travel orders and invoices, etc. As a personnel administrator, it is a natural part of your daily work to collaborate with others and take personal responsibility for ensuring that your tasks are completed. The position means that you will work broadly and be involved in several areas, which provides great opportunities to both deepen and broaden your knowledge in various areas of interest. As the unit is in an expansive phase, we need you to be a team player who is not afraid to help where needed, which means you will influence and shape the operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Swedish citizen
  • 3-year complete upper secondary education
  • Good ability to express oneself in speech and writing in Swedish
  • Good computer skills in MS Office
  • Driving license B

Meritorious

  • Experience in similar tasks
  • Previous experience or education in HR and personnel administration
  • Previous experience working in the Swedish Armed Forces

  • The employment is a full-time permanent position that begins with a 6-month probationary period.
  • Workplace: Örebro

  • Travel may occur in the job
