As a customer service representative, you will be responsible, together with the team, for the entire chain of customer service, from the moment Hasselfors Garden receives customer orders to the moment the goods are sent out to the customer and Hasselfors Garden receives payment.

Typical tasks include:

- Answering questions from customers and consumers

- Order administration

- Customer registry

- Transport bookings

- Delivery documents

- Complaints

In this role, you will have contacts both internally and externally, such as customers, carriers, salespeople, and warehouse staff.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in administrative work and who is accustomed to service and customer interaction. Requirements for the position:

- Experience in service and customer interaction

- High school education or equivalent

- Good Swedish in speech and writing as well as basic knowledge of English

If you have experience working with the Office suite and digital business systems, there is a good chance that we are a great match for each other. As a person, you take responsibility for your tasks and are driven by the team's common goals to contribute to the overall success of the company.

Working hours: day, morning, evening

Salary: monthly salary, fixed according to collective agreement

Start date: Jan/Feb/March by agreement
