Technical Sales Representative at MEMO

We are now strengthening our organization with a technical sales representative who wants to grow with us.
About the Role
As a technical sales representative, you will drive business and customer projects from idea to finished product. You are the link between the customer, tool suppliers, and our production in Köping. The role combines sales, project management, and technical consulting.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target new customers within our selected segments.
- Develop existing customers and create long-term partnerships.
- Lead the work in developing new and existing products.
- Prepare calculations and quotes and drive business to closure.
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with toolmakers in other countries.
- Ensure molds, outcome tests, and quality according to customer requirements.
- Follow projects from inquiry to approved delivery.
- Project manage the introduction of new products into production.
- Contribute to improvements in work methods, flows, and processes.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical competence.
- Several years of experience in sales towards the manufacturing industry.
- Alternatively, experience from a relevant manufacturing industry in a customer-facing role.
- Good technical understanding of products, materials, and production processes.
- Economic understanding and experience working with calculations.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up on your activities.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with plastics and injection molding is an advantage.
