Are you a driven, forward-thinking, and customer-focused person? Do you have previous sales experience and a passion for meeting people? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
StudentConsulting is one of Scandinavia's leading recruitment and staffing companies. As a Customer Responsible Consultant Manager with us, you are driven by working with leadership and business at the center, in a results-oriented and value-driven corporate culture. At our Örebro unit, we are a team of recruiters and personnel administrators, and our clients are primarily in the warehousing and logistics sectors.
As a Customer Responsible Consultant Manager at StudentConsulting, you will work with:
- Building strong customer relationships – daily contact with our clients to ensure high quality and business development
- Leading and coaching consultants – personnel responsibility for your consultants, including follow-ups, development talks, and motivation
- Driving business and creating growth – upselling and accountability for your staffing and recruitment assignments
- Administrative tasks – contracts, follow-ups, and quality controls for both clients and consultants
You will plan and manage your time and activities independently, so it is essential that you are comfortable and thrive in working autonomously and take great responsibility for your tasks. We see that you have well-developed skills to create good relationships, thereby ensuring satisfied clients and consultants, and that you feel confident in a leadership role. You will be responsible for some of the unit's largest clients and work to drive and further develop these customer relationships while also establishing new contacts and collaborations. You view establishing contact with new people and working in sales positively. We enjoy having fun together and often speak in terms of the team rather than the individual. In other words, you are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and celebrating success while supporting during challenges.
The position is expected to start immediately, and working hours are weekdays, office hours 8-5. We conduct ongoing interviews and selections and will fill the position as soon as we find the right candidate.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- You have an academic degree in economics, human resources, or similar, as well as at least three years of work experience
- You have experience in the staffing industry, personnel responsibility, or recruitment – advantageous but not required
- You have worked with sales, networking, and building business relationships – a significant advantage
- You have a B driver's license and feel comfortable driving a car
To thrive in this role, you are driven to work in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks. You have a business-oriented mindset, a high level of service, and enjoy setting goals – and above all, exceeding them!
We highly value personal qualities and are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a team where we complement each other.
We conduct personality tests as part of the selection process.
