We are now looking for someone to join our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Lindesberg. With us, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is full-time, and working hours may vary.

In your role as a salesperson with management and product group responsibility

The work in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, handle stock, and restock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant meetings characterize the work here. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

In addition to common tasks as a salesperson, you will work with management and product group responsibilities, which means that you:

• Will substitute for the store manager when needed, which involves staff planning and work leadership.
• Work with the store manager to achieve the store's goals with high quality and accuracy.
• Are responsible for assortment, logistics, presentation, and continuously provide information to staff in the store.
• Keep the product group (for example, red, white wine, or beer) representative according to Systembolaget's product placement rules.
• Are responsible for assortment, logistics, selection, and presentation, as well as analyzing waste and suggesting measures.
• Also continuously share knowledge regarding your product group with other employees.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (at least 20 years old) to meet customers who can shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a good customer meeting.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings, and after closing time.
• Is meticulous and flexible, and generously shares your knowledge.
• Has a strong interest in store operations and leadership, and understands the value of utilizing colleagues' skills.
• Dares to make and stand by uncomfortable decisions.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Has a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.
• Aims to become a store manager in the future.
• Has a high school or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience in retail, work in a service profession and/or with food and beverages, as well as experience in leadership or participation in a management group.
