Your Responsibilities

As an R&D Process Improvement Manager, you will work with the management and continuous improvement of Siemens Energy's core processes. This includes the product development process and product troubleshooting, including related instructions and tools. In larger initiatives, you will act as a project manager for process improvement projects. You may also work with R&D digitalization, PLM tools, and AI where applicable.

In this role, you will support MGT's engineering organizations in process and tool-related work. The role contributes to improved quality assurance within engineering, more efficient workflows, and structured change management.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• A master's degree in engineering or equivalent knowledge and experience.

• Knowledge and experience in process improvement work, change management skills, and project management experience.

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience in IT tool development and digitalization is a plus.

• Experience leading larger meetings and workshops is a plus.

• Knowledge of Agile, Six Sigma, and/or Lean is a plus.

• Good knowledge of English is a requirement, knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
