Måbra Preschools operates 10 preschools in its own right, of which six are located in Upplands Väsby, three in Sollentuna, and one in Bålsta.

Our mission is to lay the foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle, with plenty of movement, good eating habits, outdoor pedagogy, and learning in hygienic and creative environments. Our preschools are known for providing the best conditions for the educational mission through close leadership and a comprehensive systematic quality work. We have cross-functional meetings, including joint project groups, environmental groups, IT groups, and common conference days. We have over 100 competent employees who strive every day to develop the best preschool for the children. All employees are tasked with creating an environment that is safe, educational, and enjoyable. The children should be offered a good educational activity where care, upbringing, and learning form a whole. Our work environment should be characterized by the well-being and enjoyment of children, parents, and staff together. We practice close leadership.

Preschool Väppeby started in September 2020 in Bålsta, Håbo municipality. The preschool has space for 120 children and is built in four blocks consisting of two departments each. The preschool is located in a nature-friendly residential area that encourages educational activities outdoors.

We are now looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and wants to help develop our wonderful preschool. You should have experience in planning and implementing teaching at the preschool. You have a preschool teacher education and are interested in working according to our concept. Perhaps you have extensive experience in the profession but long for new challenges. With us, there is an opportunity to develop in your professional role. If you have a burning interest in languages, natural sciences, and digital technology or want to contribute with your interest in aesthetic expressions or perhaps movement in various ways, you are the right person for us. You have a professional attitude and a strong commitment. You dare and want to be part of shaping and developing a preschool that is relevant today. As a preschool assistant, you work together with colleagues to develop the preschool based on governing documents and Måbra Preschools' mission and vision. You choose methods, content, and responses based on each child's knowledge, experience, and specific conditions. Collaboration with other staff is an important task as the work around the children is done in teams.

Start date February -26 or by agreement.

We apply a 6-month probationary period.
