JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a dedicated and empathetic employee for our operations within Disability Care, Personal Assistance. If you want to make a difference in people's lives and contribute to meaningful work, this is an opportunity for you!

In this role, you will provide support and assistance to individuals in their daily lives, which means you will assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and meals. In addition, you will also participate in the planning and execution of individually tailored activities to promote independence and quality of life, as well as work to create a safe and stimulating environment for the user. Collaboration with relatives, colleagues, and other professionals is an important part of the work to ensure the best possible care and support.

The position also includes documenting and following up on individual implementation plans and goals, as well as contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

In Personal Assistance, the user has a significant influence over who is hired. We place great importance on personal suitability and that the chemistry is right between you and the user.

Selection and interviews will be conducted continuously, and positions may be filled before the application deadline. The employment form that will be applied is PAN employment.

As a personal assistant, you will work in the individual's home. The workplace is located in Tierp.

QUALIFICATIONS

Computer skills: Good computer skills to document

Language: Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

Education: Relevant education, such as the care and nursing program or the child and leisure program, is an advantage.

Experience: Experience working with individuals with disabilities within disability care or LSS is an advantage.

You have the ability to make quick and clear decisions, both independently and together with others. You also have a good ability to take initiative.

You have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy, and respect. You are unpretentious and recognize and reward others' contributions.

You have a high ability to deliver results, both in terms of quality and productivity. You work in a systematic, methodical, and reliable manner. You easily focus on the user's needs and achieve good user satisfaction.

You have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. You encourage and support change initiatives. You easily adapt your behavior to the needs of others.

As a personal assistant, you should be able to work independently and not be afraid to make your own decisions. You should be able to handle the daily tasks in a home.

The work requires you to operate with great flexibility and be attentive to the user's needs and wishes. You should have a good attitude and communication skills, and see the individual.
