JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a respite caregiver for one of our clients. The client, a 7-year-old boy, lives just outside central Knivsta. He is a curious boy who enjoys exploring things.

As a respite caregiver, you typically work in someone's home, temporarily taking over care for a few hours. As a respite caregiver, you enable the guardian to have time to relax or engage in activities on their own or with siblings.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in doing something for other people. You focus on the individual’s needs and interests and adapt to situations. You are relationship-building and collaborative. To thrive in your role, it is important to see each person and understand how crucial you are in contributing to a meaningful everyday life. It is important that you are both cooperative and confident in yourself, as this creates security in your role as a respite caregiver.
