We are now looking for someone to work as a personal assistant to a woman living centrally in Gimo. You will become an important part of her daily life and contribute to her safety, independence, and quality of life.

As an assistant, you provide personal support in all aspects of daily life. It is important to us that you see yourself as a support in life – not as a caregiver – and that you always work with respect for the client's integrity, needs, and wishes.

Job Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you will, among other things:

• Provide support with personal care
• Assist with the use of various aids
• Accompany on daily activities and various events
• Perform household chores
• Be attentive and adjust support according to the client's needs and daily condition

Working Hours

• Shifts from 07:30 to 16:30 and from 16:30 to 07:30
• Waiting time during part of the night (sleeping on duty)

We are looking for someone who

• Is attentive, responsible, and secure in themselves
• Has an easy time reading situations and respects others' needs and boundaries
• Has a strong work ethic and a professional attitude
• Is flexible, stable, and has a calm demeanor
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience as a personal assistant or education in care and nursing is an advantage but not a requirement. Experience with eye-tracking computers is also a plus.
