Your responsibilities

As part of our team, you will have a variety of tasks, but the main focus will be to ensure that we continue to deliver high-quality work. You will interact with colleagues and contribute to our inspiring and creative workplace.

Tasks may include:

• Actively engage in the team and support your customer in all daily situations.
• Work independently and be able to see what the customer needs help with.
• Be part of a dynamic workflow where flexibility is appreciated.
• Use your knowledge and experience to drive the customer forward to become independent.
• All household-related tasks.
• Support and be the customer's arms and legs.

Qualifications

We are looking for a person with relevant education and experience who can contribute knowledge and engagement. The right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

You need:

• Relevant education in healthcare and social care.
• Previous experience is a plus, but we are open to meeting you even if you are new to the industry.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• An interest in developing and growing with us.
