Your work

As a treatment pedagog, you will work in a staff team. We operate from a 24/7 perspective using treatment methods based on CBT. You will be part of a treatment team of inspiring colleagues.

It is important that you are reliable, have a positive view of people, are solution-oriented, have good collaboration skills, are engaged, and are flexible.

The position

The position involves work during weekdays, weekends, daytime, evening, and night shifts with sleeping on-call duties.

Qualifications

You have an appropriate education, such as treatment pedagog/social pedagog, social worker, behavioral scientist, or other education deemed equivalent. We prefer that you have knowledge and previous experience of working and conducting treatment both in individual conversations and in groups.

Training in ACT, DBT, ACRA, HAP, and ART is an advantage.

You also have knowledge of and a genuine interest in people with various types of social issues. You should also be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills as the job involves journal notes and implementation plans, etc.

Other

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

A driving license (B) is required.

A background check from the Police Authority is required before employment.

The position is permanent with a 6-month probationary period.
