The Employer
Colosseumgruppen started in 2019 and is a consolidated actor in care and treatment. We work methodically and evidence-based with a focus on quality, development, and safety for those placed with us.
As an employer, we offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional development and collaboration with competent colleagues. We value structure, professional integrity, relationships, and evidence-based practices in an organization where every employee makes a difference in the future of young people.
The Operation
Droskan HVB provides care and treatment for boys aged 15–20 years with socially destructive behavior, which may include risk use, criminality, acting out behaviors, and exposure to inappropriate environments. The operation works systematically with methods such as relapse prevention, ART, and a new path. Risk and needs assessments are conducted using the YLS/CMI and SAVRY instruments to ensure evidence-based and individualized care.
At Droskan, we work in teams and focus on creating safety, preventing relapse, and providing young people with opportunities for positive changes, while following clear structures and guidelines for care and treatment.
About the Role
As the treatment responsible, you have overall responsibility for planning, follow-up, and quality assurance of care and treatment interventions for the youth placed in the operation. The role has a clear emphasis on investigation, analysis, and coordination of the treatment process.
You conduct assessments, mapping, and structured risk assessments, establish and revise implementation and treatment plans, and follow up on treatment results and changed risk and need levels over time. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the management and treatment educators, where you ensure that interventions are conducted in a structured, methodologically faithful manner and in accordance with the assignment.
The role involves a coordinating responsibility for each youth as well as support to treatment educators through guidance, follow-up, and clear feedback. You are also responsible for collaboration with social services, guardians, schools, and other relevant actors, as well as for start-up and follow-up meetings and continuity in contact regarding the youth's care process, including issues related to school, home, outdoor activities, and legal processes.
We are looking for someone who:
- has completed at least a two-year post-secondary education focused on social work, social pedagogy, behavioral science, or another relevant field
- has experience working evidence-based and structured, with a clear connection between assessment, planning, and follow-up of interventions
- is accustomed to working methodically, analytically, and closely with documentation
- has a good understanding of care and treatment of young people with complex issues
- is confident in collaborating with social services and other authorities
- thrives in a role with clear responsibility, structure, and long-term processes
You must be able to provide an extract from the police's suspicion and criminal record for work at HVB. You also need to have a driver's license and access to your own car as the HVB home is located in a rural area.
Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the application deadline. Welcome with your application!
