About the position

We at Olivia are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute as needed for our client in Gottsunda, Uppsala.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 09:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• 06:15 PM - 06:00 AM (4.5 hours of waiting time during the night)

These hours apply to both weekdays and weekends and may be adjusted slightly in the future. Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start training immediately.

About the client

The client is a woman in her 60s who enjoys going for walks. She also appreciates order and tidiness in her home. The person needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has ALS, and as a result, she also has difficulty speaking.

The tasks are as follows:

• Assist with daily routines such as household chores
• Help with dressing and undressing as well as some personal hygiene
• Support during transfers
• Training

Are you the one the client is looking for?

We are looking for someone who is attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. You are an empathetic person and can easily put yourself in other people's life situations. You should also be okay with the client smoking. Furthermore, the client prefers female assistants by her side. In this position, great importance is placed on personal suitability.

Requirements:

• Experience as a personal assistant or other care experience
• Good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing

Merits:

• Experience with ALS
• Care education or equivalent

Employment rate: 2 substitutes as needed

Start date: Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
