We are now looking for substitutes for our customer in Runhällen. The working hours are day and night shifts with waiting time and double staffing during the day.

The customer is a stubborn, cheerful, and empathetic middle-aged woman who has a disability in the form of a syndrome that requires her to have help and support in her daily life. The customer communicates through signs and has epilepsy. Our customer enjoys going for walks in her electric wheelchair, listening to music, and watching TV. She also finds it fun to go on outings and have adventurous experiences. Or just go out and watch people. You will perform all household chores at the customer's home, such as cleaning, cooking, and baking, etc. You will assist the customer with hygiene and personal care.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can set clear boundaries and follow established work routines
• Sees life and challenges in a positive light
• Has a balanced approach
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Views this work as a long-term commitment
• Has a strong commitment to their work
• Is not allergic to pets as there is a dog at the customer's home on certain days

You will handle medications and receive delegation from the responsible nurse.

We would prefer that you have previous experience in similar professions, preferably from youth activities or work with animals.

A driver's license and a car are required to reach the workplace.

Start date: Immediately

Working hours: Day and night shifts with waiting time and double staffing during the day; some evening shifts may also occur based on the customer's needs.
