JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a contact person for a 15-year-old boy.

As a contact person, your role is to promote social contacts and support leisure activities in a safe environment. You should be able to motivate and take the initiative to schedule and conduct regular meetings. The focus is on building a trusting and friendly relationship with the individual. The relationship is often more informal and based on shared interests and personal chemistry.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in doing something for others. You start from the individual's needs and interests and adapt to situations. You are relationship-building and collaborative. To thrive in your role, it is important that you see each person and understand how important you are in contributing to a meaningful everyday life. It is crucial that you are cooperative, inventive, self-assured, and have great patience, as this creates security in your role as a contact person.
