Family Counselor Wanted at Familjeterapeuterna Syd in Uppsala

The founder Johan Hagström established Familjeterapeuterna Syd AB in 2012 with the aim of creating an innovative treatment approach based on the principles of respect, transparency, and joy. The intention is for clients to receive personal service, short waiting times, and practitioners who have chosen to join us to grow with their contemporaries. The path to achieving this goal is to network and collaborate with actors in related industries. The ambition is to be present both nationally and internationally.

As a former Soul Care Provider, Psychotherapist, and Supervisor, Johan wanted to seize the opportunity to develop his own care company. The philosophy that Johan works by is that it is possible to create an accepting and open atmosphere in treatment operations where employees, consultants, and clients are given the opportunity to grow and develop.

The people who come to our organization should feel welcome, listened to, and treated with warmth and respect. Thanks to our work on behalf of various clients, clients can come privately, via referrals from Health Centers and Psychiatry, or through agreements with municipalities and companies. This provides everyone with the opportunity to access Family Counseling and Psychotherapy.

Welcome to Familjeterapeuterna Syd as well.

We have developed manuals and policies regarding work environment, employment conditions, illness, and fire safety. We are connected to occupational health services via Qurant and the work environment tool Webropol. We provide wellness benefits of 1000 SEK per year for full-time employees.
