JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in the everyday lives of young people! As a recreation leader with us, you will have the opportunity to work with creative and meaningful activities as well as participate in our outreach group for preventive measures and outreach activities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and develop recreational activities for youth aged 13 to 19.
• Participate in the outreach group's work with outreach activities and social support in schools and the local area.
• Support young people in their personal development and social activities.
• Collaborate with schools, parents, associations, and other stakeholders to create safe environments for youth.
• Document efforts and report results to the responsible manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education in recreational pedagogy, social work, or what we assess as equivalent experience.

We want you to:

• Have experience working with youth and/or outreach activities.
• Have a good ability to create relationships and build trust with young people and can provide documentation for it.
• Be able to work independently and in a team.
• Be flexible and confident in the role both in the activities and in outreach situations.
• Have good collaboration skills.
• Have good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Be accustomed to following goals and conducting evaluations and can provide documentation for it.
• A driver's license and experience working mobile is an advantage.
