Student? Work as a personal assistant - we match you with the right client!

We are looking for you to assist several of our children, youth, and young adults who plan to take a longer study break or want a part-time job alongside their studies.

In the job as a personal assistant, the chemistry between the assistant and the client is very important. Therefore, we put a lot of effort into matching you with the right client!

In most cases, you do not need any experience working as a personal assistant, but it is important that you are genuinely interested in working with people and that you are flexible, reliable, and empathetic. To thrive in this challenge, it is also a prerequisite that you are creative and can take your own initiatives. Equally important is that you can step back and allow the client to take space in interactions with family and friends.

The tasks vary among the different clients but may involve helping with various types of training at home or in the gym, participating in various leisure activities, transfers between aids, communication training, and personal hygiene/care. Several of our clients have extensive care needs that may include tube feeding, medication, and monitoring – tasks that require a strong sense of responsibility. In some assignments, you will assist both in school, in the client's home, or at the client's workplace, but in other assignments, the shifts are only scheduled at home. Travel with the client may occur.

The working hours vary based on the clients' needs and can be scheduled for day, afternoon/evening, active night, and night with sleeping on-call, weekdays as well as weekends. Please indicate in your application which hours you are interested in working with us and to what extent. We also want to know why you want to work as a personal assistant!
