JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a contact person for one of our clients. The client, a 62-year-old woman, lives a bit outside central Knivsta. Her interests include physical activity, dance, training, music, singing, theater, art, and philosophy.

As a contact person, your role is to promote social contacts and support leisure activities in a safe environment. You should be able to motivate and be proactive in booking and conducting regular meetings. The focus is on building a trusting and friendly relationship with the individual. The relationship is often more informal and based on shared interests and personal chemistry.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in doing something for others. You start from the individual's needs and interests and adapt to situations. You are relationship-building and collaborative. To thrive in your role, it is important that you see each person and understand how important you are in contributing to a meaningful everyday life. It is essential that you are cooperative, creative, self-assured, and have great patience, as this creates security in your role as a contact person.
