About Me:

I am a 42-year-old woman looking for an additional experienced personal assistant as needed.

I live alone in my own apartment in central Uppsala and am a family-oriented person who enjoys spending time with my loved ones. My disability (autism) means that I need support to manage my daily life and live an independent and enjoyable life. My assistants help me create structure in my daily routine, plan activities, and take care of myself and my home.

In my free time, I usually ride, bowl, swim, or go for walks. I also enjoy cooking, baking, painting, and crafting.

About You:

I am looking for a female assistant who has experience in personal assistance and preferably also with autism or similar intellectual disabilities. However, personal chemistry and suitability are the most important! You possess an inner calm, are empathetic and understanding. You are pedagogical, proactive, and have great patience. You are also creative and not afraid to try new things.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience with challenging behavior and low-arousal responses - but it is not a requirement.

Working Hours:

The working hours will initially be daytime on weekdays, but there may be opportunities to work evenings, weekends, and night shifts (including sleeping duty) in the future.

The Position:

Part-time, approximately two shifts per week, starting with an introduction during daytime.

Salary:

Agreement Fremia-Kommunal, individual salary setting. To be employed, you must present valid ID and any documents that confirm your right to work in Sweden.
