Unika Day Activity Uppsala offers individually tailored and meaningful activities for adults within target group 1 with various disabilities. With a capacity of 38 places, we provide five work orientations adapted to individual needs and wishes. Our operations are based on promoting participation, independence, and an active life. Through a person-centered approach, we strengthen individuals' opportunities for development and well-being.

As a substitute with us, you will play an important role in creating a safe, meaningful, and developing everyday life for our employees. In the role of work supervisor, you support and guide participants based on their individual needs, conditions, and goals.

The work is characterized by clear pedagogical methods and a low-arousal approach, where structure, participation, and safety are at the center. You support users in their personal implementation plans and help them find and participate in activities that enhance their development, independence, and quality of life.

As a substitute, you are also part of the work group and contribute to the daily planning and follow-up of the operations in collaboration with colleagues.

We are looking for someone who is committed, responsible, and has a genuine interest in working with people. Experience in similar work is an advantage, but personal suitability is crucial.

• Very good ability in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Driving license B

• Good computer skills, experience in documentation.

• Experience and knowledge of the target group LSS

• High school education such as child and leisure program, health and care program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or university education in a relevant field.

• Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-arousal approach

• Previously worked as a work supervisor in daily activities

• We place great emphasis on personal suitability
