We are now looking for a personal assistant for a lovely and playful 16-year-old girl with Down syndrome for a permanent position! We are looking for someone who wants to work with her at school, at home, short-term care, or wherever she is. The girl needs support and help with most things in her daily life, and as her assistant, you will be involved in play, training, and activities where she is. She is an active and lively girl, and as her assistant, you need to have great patience and be able to set boundaries from the start. As a personal assistant, it is important that you are an empathetic person who can quickly adapt to different situations and follow established routines regarding care and daily activities. If you are also reliable and responsible, you might be the one we are looking for!

To thrive in this challenge, it is important that you are playful and spontaneous when it comes to coming up with developing games and focus on giving her the opportunity to participate in interactions with peers. We place greater emphasis on personal suitability than experience.

Working hours are scheduled from 07:00-15:00, 15:00-21:00, 21:00-07:00 on weekdays and weekends.
