Role and Experience of the Assistant

Our client is in their 20s and is looking for someone who is self-assured and knowledgeable about low-arousal approaches. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and attentive. Since the majority of the work is solitary, it is important to be able to take initiative. In your role as a personal assistant, you will be the client's right hand, helping with hygiene, meals, transfers, and other regular routines to meet the client's support needs. We prefer that you are an active person who enjoys going out on activities with the client.

We are looking for someone who lives in the Uppsala region. We would like you to be flexible regarding working hours, as the staffing in the workgroup adjusts if someone is sick or on vacation; we support our client and each other.

We require you to provide an extract from the criminal record register.

Preferred Experience

· Previous experience in personal assistance or in healthcare and social care.

· Previous experience with epilepsy, PEG, and PEP mask.

· Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

· Proficiency in Swedish or English, both spoken and written.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

· Immediate start.

· Part-time position 75 - 80%.

· Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and nights.
