JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a combined contact person and companion for one of our clients. The client, an 11-year-old girl, lives a bit outside the Knivsta community. Her interests include building with Lego, crafting, playing football, and handball.

As a contact person, your role is to promote social contacts and support during leisure activities under safe conditions. You should be able to motivate and take the initiative to schedule and conduct regular meetings. The focus is on building a trusting and friendly relationship with the individual. The relationship is often more informal and based on shared interests and personal chemistry.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in doing something for others. You start from the individual's needs and interests and adapt to situations. You are relationship-building and collaborative. To thrive in your role, it is important that you see each person and understand how important you are in contributing to a meaningful everyday life. It is essential that you are cooperative, creative, self-assured, and have a great deal of patience, as this creates security in your role as a contact person and companion.
