We operate based on a clear and stated value foundation, and our main drive is to create the best conditions for individualized personal assistance based on each person's unique needs. Särnmark currently has over 3500 employees, and our customers and staff are located all over Sweden. Särnmark's headquarters is in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden.

We are now looking to strengthen our staff group for a young man in central Uppsala. You who are applying should be flexible and solution-oriented with a lot of motivation, as the customer needs this. The customer prefers that you are a young man interested in music, video games, programming, and much more related to technology. A driver's license is not a requirement but is a merit since the customer enjoys going to various events such as festivals and LAN parties. We are looking for young men aged 20 and up. You should be good at setting boundaries in a considerate and respectful manner.

Your tasks will include light household work, cooking, and accompanying the customer to various activities and medical appointments. The customer needs help with light transfers and some personal hygiene. The customer has a speech impairment, so you should be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. The customer attends daily activities 3 days a week and does not have assistance during that time. The working hours are variable with waiting time at night.

Salary according to collective agreement. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
