Exam Invigilators Wanted at JENSEN komvux

JENSEN komvux (distance education) is now looking for several individuals to assist during our exam sessions as exam invigilators. This job is suitable for those seeking a part-time job and who can step in at short notice, and are reliable and stable.

Responsibilities

As an exam invigilator, you will supervise a room of students for a number of hours, and you are expected to both assist and intervene if a student, for example, cheats during the exam. You will need to play an audio file for listening comprehension and, if necessary, read instructions for the students. You should also be familiar with handling confidential exams according to the guidelines of the Swedish National Agency for Education.

We are also looking for a few exam leaders who can take a bit of extra responsibility during the exam sessions and coordinate the other invigilators.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is respectful, friendly, calm, and not afraid to speak up. No formal education is required, but it is an advantage if you have completed high school. You need to be proficient in the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, and it is a plus if you speak multiple languages. You should be able to work evenings and weekends, and it is important that you arrive at the time you have signed up for.
