Job Information:

Smart Parkering Sverige AB is growing and is looking for a person for our assignments in Kristianstad, starting as agreed. Working as a team leader at Smart Parkering means that, alongside regular parking supervision, you will hold a leading and coaching role towards other parking attendants. You and your colleagues will monitor our clients' facilities both outdoors and in parking garages with the aim of promoting traffic safety, increasing accessibility, and improving the living environment.

Being a team leader includes, among other things:

• Regular parking attendant duties
• Planning and follow-up with operations and management
• Collaborating with the company's various departments
• Participating in risk assessments
• Training new employees
• Quality assurance of parking supervision
• Working for good cohesion in the work group and supporting your colleagues in various matters
• Reporting on improvement areas, risks, and other observations
• Booking service/repairs and preparing certain orders

Smart Parkering Sverige AB is a young company, which means you will work very closely with management. We see that you are independent and loyal.

The work is full-time and the working hours are during the day, evenings, and nights throughout the year.

The position starts with a 6-month probationary period. The work is based at our office in Kristianstad, and upon starting employment, you will receive internal training for about two weeks. A police clearance certificate will be requested upon hiring.

Salary is according to collective agreement.

Qualifications:

• Held a B driver's license for at least 2 years
• Documented experience as a parking attendant for at least 2 years
• Documented work experience for at least 4 years
• Documented experience of personnel responsibility is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
