Lövestad Alarm Center is an authorized security company by the County Administrative Board of Skåne. We are certified according to SS-EN ISO 9001:2015 and SSF 136:5 and environmentally certified according to SS-EN ISO 14001:2015.

Qualifications:

Some of your strongest qualities are that you are socially competent and genuinely interested in helping others, responsible, meticulous, and comfortable working with a computer and phone as your tools.

You are our voice to the outside world. Therefore, it is important that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

If you have experience in customer service, it is an advantage. But the most important thing is that you are the right fit and find the job description interesting. If we believe in you, we will teach you the rest.

We are looking for someone who is not criminally charged and has a stable economy. A prerequisite for employment is that you pass the County Administrative Board's control for employment in an authorized security company.

Job Responsibilities:

The alarm center is the heart of our operations, which places high demands on service and response. You and your colleagues are among our most important employees. You will receive and handle alarms, camera verifications, fault reports, and manage phone support for external customers. Regardless of the case, you as the operator are the first contact, so it is crucial that you can prioritize according to needs and make quick decisions. You will follow an instruction and relay the case to the right party.

The operations in the alarm center run 24/7, all year round, which means that the work includes weekends and shift work.

We will internally train you, of course during paid working hours. You will then work independently, but always with the support of, and in close collaboration with, several colleagues who have the same tasks as you. You will come into contact with all types of people in various situations. The work is demanding but also varied, educational, and exciting. The position requires that you can handle stressful situations and enjoy working in a team.
