Sandhem Gruppen AB provides sheltered housing and support to individuals affected by domestic violence (DV), honor-related violence and oppression (HRVF), as well as other forms of threats and violence. The organization is characterized by safety, structure, and a professional approach when interacting with people in vulnerable life situations.

As the organization develops, we are now looking for part-time employees who want to work closely with our clients and contribute to their safety and development.

As a part-time employee with us, you will work directly and closely with clients. You will meet clients regularly and support them in achieving individual goals based on action plans. The role requires a calm, low-arousal approach and a good ability to build trusting relationships.

Your tasks may include:

• Conducting supportive and motivational conversations

• Providing practical and psychosocial support in daily life

• Supporting clients in matters related to employment, finances, and structure

• Accompanying clients to official appointments, such as banks or other community services

• Contributing to continuity and safety in often stressful life situations

• Has a degree in social work or social pedagogy, or is currently pursuing post-secondary education in social work

• Has experience in social work, preferably with victims of violence

• Is independent, responsible, and has a strong work ethic

• Can meet clients with calmness, respect, and a low-arousal approach

• Has personal maturity and interest in working systematically based on the organization’s methods

• Scope: We hope you can work at least 8 hours per week

• Working hours: Daytime, evenings, and weekends according to schedule

• On-call: Scheduled on-call may occur

• Employment type: Part-time / on-demand employment

• Post-secondary education of at least two years in social work and care, or ongoing education in the field

• Driver's license (B)
