Psychiatry Northwest is looking for an administrator for National Highly Specialized Care (NHV) for severe self-harm in adults.

Psychiatry Northwest is a university clinic in the northwestern part of Stockholm County's healthcare area (SLSO).

The treatment unit has the mission to provide national highly specialized care for patients with treatment-resistant self-harming behavior. The unit is the first of its kind in the Stockholm region and there is active collaboration with other condition units in Sweden. The unit has a national assignment, which means that patients come from all over Sweden via referral. All admissions are planned.

At the unit, patients are offered individualized treatment where the entire care process is based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). The treatment includes both intensive outpatient care and inpatient care, all based on the patient's needs. All staff are offered training for the assignment and continued professional development as well as supervision.

As an administrator, you will play an important role in the team.

Your tasks will include:

• Documentation at various meetings such as APT, rounds, admin meetings, referral conferences, treatment conferences, SIP meetings, etc.
• Registering data for operational follow-up and research.
• Monitoring patient follow-up 3, 6, and 12 months after treatment completion.
• Appointment booking
• KVÅ-register and approve healthcare contacts
• Booking of business trips, hotels, patient hotels, etc.
• Ordering goods, food, fruit baskets, etc.
• Administering scheduling in collaboration with other employees
• Access orders
• Monitoring incoming cases in Alltid Öppet and 1177
• Handling technical equipment (IT)
• Being the local IT coordinator

The work requires good experience with the TakeCare journal system.

Currently, psychologists, doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and social workers work at the unit.

We are looking for someone who is a trained medical secretary. Experience working in psychiatry is an advantage. In your work, you will also be in contact with patients. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

We offer you a permanent position, full-time (100%) with work on weekdays during the day. You will work in an established interdisciplinary team with a clear working method where everyone contributes to the whole. Your workplace will be at Visionsgatan 70A, Karolinska Solna. In the spring, the operation will move to new premises at Danderyd Hospital.
