On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a consultant in payroll administration for a client in Karlstad. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on 2026-02-01 and run until 2026-09-30.

About the assignment In the role of Payroll Administrator, you will work daily with payroll. This includes handling deviation reporting, travel expenses, various payroll controls, and monitoring sick leave or other absences. You will be in contact with authorities as well as managers, employees, and HR departments.

The support systems used are HR-plus 8 and SAP's SuccessFactors. The role involves many points of contact at all levels of the organization.

About you We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• Post-secondary education in payroll or several years of experience working with payroll or equivalent work experience.

It is advantageous if you also meet the following requirements:

• Have worked with HR-plus 8.

Desired personal qualities:

• High service orientation and a consultative working style.

• Interest in payroll issues and being structured and meticulous.

• Positive, social, and enjoys having many contacts within the organization and likes to help and provide the best possible support.
