We are now looking for someone who can develop and contribute to Sweden's security.

Main Responsibilities

  • You will operate at the tactical/operational level with mission leadership, coordination, and follow-up of the unit's operational activities.
  • Conduct planning and development of the activities within the unit and train your own personnel.
  • You will be an advisor to leaders at the operational or staff level.
  • The focus will be on tasks related to the operational organization as well as the production of combat units.
  • Management of assigned development projects.

Qualifications

  • Officer/OF2 or specialist officer/OR7.
  • Experience in mission leadership.
  • Experience in leading personnel.
  • Basic IT understanding and an interest in deepening your knowledge in the cyber field.
  • Good ability to express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • Driving license B.

Meritorious

  • Deep technical competence as assessed relevant by the employer.
  • Driving license C.

You should not disclose that you have applied for a position at 2.CFF to anyone other than those directly involved. Swedish citizenship is required for employment with the Swedish Armed Forces. Employment entails national and international duty to serve.

The position has combat status, which means you must be able to handle and use weapons. This training will be provided by us. A security clearance with a background check will be conducted before employment. The selection process will be supplemented with psychological tests.

Employment type: Permanent employment, a 6-month probationary period applies for those who are currently not employed by the Swedish Armed Forces. Place of employment: Linköping. Start date: By agreement.

The unit has a collective responsibility for the Armed Forces' technical command systems that support military operations at sea, on land, and in the air - in Sweden and abroad.
