We are looking for a Resource Planner - Short-term Staffing Coordinator and Day Planner in Health and Care for Summer 2026.

Job Responsibilities

The work mainly involves:

  • Supporting unit managers with staffing
  • Working in various administrative systems
  • Working in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and operational routines.

You will be employed by the Competence Supply Unit (KFE), which is a central support function for operations within elderly care and functional support. Working hours are during the day.

As a Short-term Staffing Coordinator, you play a key role within the administration and are a central support for our unit managers in elderly care and functional support. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our operations have staff in place during long and short-term absences.

As a Day Planner, your work consists of planning the day with a focus on the citizen's needs, an economic mindset, and based on decided interventions.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has previously worked with staffing planning and has experience with payroll systems or planning systems. Experience with the Medvind and/or Lifecare planning systems is an advantage. As a resource planner, you often have many tasks to juggle at once, which requires a high degree of flexibility, quick adjustments, stress resilience, and structure in your work. Good collaboration skills and a professional approach are essential.

In the role of resource planner, it is important to have knowledge of and work in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and routines that govern the operations.
