The office is located in Södermalm and the desired start date is as soon as possible. This is a full-time position with direct employment at our client, with an initial probationary period. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Responding to and resolving customer inquiries via phone and email

• Handling questions related to orders, deliveries, technical issues, or similar

• Ensuring that customers receive quick, accurate, and clear information

• Documenting and following up on customer inquiries according to company procedures

• Developing and improving customer service processes and routines

Qualifications

In this role, we would like you to have the following:

• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken

• Experience in service and customer management
